"Robert Helm is one of the most down-to-earth surgeons I have ever met. My first wife underwent eight separate surgeries, before she passed. I was a Social Worker at the VA Hospital in Manchester, NH, where a portion of my responsibilities included developing post-op plans for patients being discharged from the Surgical Unit. And I had my own radical prostatectomy to widen my pool of practitioners. Dr. Helm is most proud of the technique he developed, and teaches to others, to produce a scar that is only about 3- 4" long (mini-sternotomy).

My check boxes above are just the procedures that he performed during my surgery. no doubt, he is able to perform others. My aortic valve was replaced and the mitral and tricuspid were repaired.
